275 Sq Ft office in shared condo space, on the south side of Rio Rancho, across from Intel near the Albuquerque border.

This is the larger of three offices and is partially furnished. Furnishings include couch; loveseat; leather chair; two lamps; center table; large desk with ample drawer and filing space; and two large bookshelves. Free wi-fi.

There are three south- and west-facing windows, with sun-sheeting to prevent anyone from seeing in. On-site reception to greet clients, but not to take calls/messages.

The communal waiting room seats 5-6 people. Microwave; refrigerator; fax machine; ample parking in front of the office; separate male/female bathrooms.

The other two offices are used 3/4 time by a child psychologist and a child therapist. Ideally, the office will be rented by someone doing comparable work.

$825.00/month. Deposit: Two months of rent.
